- I understand that AnnSetu acts as a bridge between people sharing surplus food and people receiving meals.
- I will share only fresh, wholesome, pure vegetarian food, accurately declare when it was prepared, and provide food that is reasonably fit for human consumption.
- I will not share stale, spoiled, contaminated, partially consumed or knowingly unsafe food.
- I will ensure that food is hygienically handled, properly packed and suitable for transportation.
- I will provide correct food, quantity, address, recipient and pickup or delivery details.
- I will use AnnSetu only for genuine and lawful purposes, not for resale, fraud, harassment or commercial exchange.
- I will cooperate respectfully with AnnSetu riders, centers and authorized staff.
- I understand that AnnSetu may conduct a basic quality and condition check and may refuse food that appears unsuitable or unsafe.
- I understand that this operational check is not a laboratory certification or guarantee of food safety.
- I will not share food containing alcohol, drugs, tobacco or prohibited substances.
- I will protect other people's information and will not misuse the platform, photos or contact details.
- I understand that AnnSetu may cancel or reject an order when safety, serviceability or operational guidelines are not met.
- I agree to follow the current AnnSetu food-sharing and user guidelines shown in the App and on this page.
Service, payments and account use
Serviceability, timing, rider assignment, meal availability and ETA depend on centers, routes, traffic and operating conditions. Prices, duration, renewal terms and eligibility are shown before payment. Payments are processed by the provider displayed at checkout. Rewards, memberships and advertising campaigns remain subject to their displayed rules, verification and availability. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
AnnSetu may restrict, suspend or close an account, order or campaign where safety rules, these terms, applicable law or platform integrity are breached. You may request account deletion in the App, subject to records that must be retained by law.
Privacy and changes
Our Consumer Privacy Policy explains how account, location, order, photo, payment and device information is collected, used, shared and retained. Material changes to this declaration or these terms will receive a new version and will be presented in the App for fresh acceptance.
By continuing through AnnSetu sign-in, you accept this declaration and these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a child's account use and must review these documents with them.
